Vanderbilt University (Nashville, TN, USA) will reimburse a portion of the travel and/or registration expenses for a limited number of presenters at the 16th International Conference on Chiroptical Spectroscopy (June 11-15, 2017) to be held in Rennes, France. Preference will be given to student researchers, and academic personnel, who otherwise cannot attend this conference without additional financial support. Those planning to present their research work at this conference, but cannot do so in the absence of additional financial assistance, should write to:

and provide the following information:

(1). Title and abstract of the research presentation

(2). A letter from the conference organizers confirming the presentation

(3). Reimbursement amount requested, in US dollars

(4). Justification for the requested reimbursement amount (list all of the funds available from all other sources for attending this conference).

(5). Student presenters should provide a supporting letter from the respective research supervisors justifying the need for reimbursement.

Please submit your requests before  April  1, 2017. Upon reviewing the documents provided, a letter will be sent to the requesters indicating the amount of funds (in US dollars) allocated.

Funds can only be released after receiving the actual expense receipts.
